Intellebox.ai, an AI-powered platform focused on modernizing wealth management, has announced the appointment of four senior industry leaders to its Advisory Board: Michael Gervais, Ph.D., Jonathan Zhukovsky, Matt Falk, and Lawrence McDonald. The move represents the company’s first major governance milestone following its 2025 spinout from Intellectus Partners.
The newly formed Advisory Board brings expertise across performance psychology, institutional technology architecture, quantitative AI systems, and macro risk analysis. According to the company, the appointments are designed to support product development, technical scalability, and strategic market positioning as the platform expands commercially.
Intellebox.ai is currently rolling out its solution across wealth management firms, RIAs, hedge funds, research organizations, and broker-dealers. The platform uses agentic AI to enhance client engagement, automate internal workflows, and strengthen compliance oversight while preserving advisor-client relationships.
The Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance on product direction, enterprise architecture, and long-term growth strategy.
